The Optimal Human Experience

Our leadership coaching practice focuses on increasing your awareness of your potential across the four domains of you life: Work, Love, Health, and Play. We built our leadership coaching practice on 4 principles.

“The most important thing in communication is hearing what isn’t said.”- Peter Drucker

4 Principles

  1. You aren’t broken. You are creative, resourceful, and whole. However, you probably aren’t aware of your potential. Through our leadership coaching practice, you will become more aware of your unique strengths and limitations, discover what you really want, discover what you really fear, discover what inspires you and holds you back, develop an understanding of your values and purpose, clarify and establish a vision for your life, and understand where you habitually sabotage yourself.
  2. Professional coaching addresses your whole life across the domains of Work, Love, Health, and Play. Every decision you make contributes to making your life more or less meaningful. Organizations have found that getting employees to move beyond contractual obligations to those levels of discretionary effort that are the foundation of high performance cultures requires the employees gain purpose, mastery, and autonomy. The work you do should provide meaning to your life, balanced across the other three domains. You may have fell into the same trap I did (and escaped from): the trap of compartmentalization. If you have, you are neglecting the fact that all aspects of your life are synergistic and symbiotic. The coaching process we use allows you to live more fully in a deeper relationship with all aspects of your life.
  3. You set the agenda. Our job is to help you articulate your dreams, desires, and aspirations; clarify your values, mission, purpose, and goals; cast a vision for your personal and professional success; build action plans to execute and achieve what you’ve defined as success.
  4. Our relationship is an alliance designed to meet your needs. You are in control, but there is a mutual responsibility for us to connect.

"Nothing in man is more serious than his sense of humor; it is the sign that he wants all the truth."- Mark Van Dorn
